ReplyGet caught at a kegger in high school? Get suspended from sports for the season.
Seems fair.

ReplyThe dissidents have a right to protest, picket and have their voice heard; however, protesters began to become disrespectful by disrupting the proceedings of the event, and disrespected the elected officials, public officials, teachers, parents and children who gathered to celebrate the construction of the school.

As I said earlier, "Only if the kids are found innocent of the underage drinking charges (get them overturned), should they put back on the team."
I'm in favor of justice for the innocent, but the students should still recieve punishment for acting against the code of conduct that they signed.

I want to be clear, being the best high school does not eliminate the need to give students consequences for poor decisions. Going to a under-aged keg party would qualify as a poor decision.

ReplyOnly if the kids are found innocent of the underage drinking charges (get them overturned), should they put back on the team.
These entitled children (and their parents) should learn that going to a drunken & smoked house party is not a good way to spend their saturday night if they want to get college sports scholarships.

1. No
2. Yes, but that won't change the fact that you are getting a smart meter, only who you are paying for the electrons in the grid.
3. I don't know. I expect that some suppliers will switch to time of day, when it is available. -

@Sanchez - Do have a Kill-a-watt. I also have 50% Cycling in the summer, and a switch on my water heater. Have LED or CFL blubs in all my lights, and Smart Strips for my computer and TV. When I close on my house, I will be adding insulation, and air-sealing in the attic. I know how to save energy (and money), and a smart meter is another opportunity.

I'll happily enjoy the savings of turning off my A/C during the day, and running my wash at night. You can enjoy the same high rate for both.

At least two: One who had a grenade and one who had a "sub machine gun".
