Catonsville Kidnapping and Rape Suspects Linked to Five Other Violent Crimes

Two men facing charges for the rape of two women abducted from Catonsville bus stops have been linked to six other violent crimes—and may be responsible for additional crimes, according to Baltimore County Police Chief James Johnson. William Justin Campbell, 25, and Kenyon Travis Waller, 22, "are responsible for a crime spree that dates back to at least August 11th of this year" and ended when they were apprehended on Oct. 1 and charged with robbery, kidnapping, rape and sexual assault, Johnson said at a press briefing at Baltimore City Police headquarters. Catonsville Kidnapping, Rape Suspects Identified

Kenyon Waller, 21, and William Campbell, 25, of Baltimore face multiple charges regarding abduction and sexual assaults in Catonsville.

Two Baltimore City men face multiple charges related to abduction and sexual assault of victims near Edmondson and Ingleside avenues in Catonsville, police disclosed Tuesday night. According to police, on Monday a 17-year-old victim was abducted after leaving a bus at Edmondson and Ingleside, driven to an alley in Baltimore City, and sexually assaulted. UPDATE: Two Arrested In Connection With Catonsville Rape

Charges are expected to be filed against two Baltimore City men arrested after police say they abducted a woman at Edmondson and Ingleside avenues and sexually assaulting her.

5:51 p.m. update: Police said that the men arrested in connection with an Oct. 1 abduction and rape may be responsible for other similar crimes—including a Sept. 25 incident at the same intersection of Edmondson and Ingleside avenues. According to police, at around 12:40 p.m. on Monday, a 17-year-old girl exited a bus at Edmondson and Ingleside and was walking to another bus stop when a Ford SUV pulled up beside her. The driver got out of the car and forced the victim into the vehicle, police said in a release. A second suspect was in the back seat of the vehicle, armed with a handgun, according to police. Juvenile Sexually Assaulted in Arbutus

Fifteen-year-old walking with cousin grabbed on Westland Blvd.

A fifteen-year-old Arbutus girl was sexually assaulted while walking home with her cousin on the 4700 block of Westland Boulevard on April 12, according to police. The incident happened at around 8:30 p.m. as the girls were walking home from the park at Maiden Choice School, police said. While they were walking, they were approached and followed by an unknown suspect, who tried to coax the victim into following him, according to police. When the victim refused, the suspect began pulling her by the arm and clothing and sexually assaulted her, police said. The suspect fled when the victim screamed for help, according to police. Updated: UMBC Student Charged in Sexual Assaults

6:45 p.m. Update: University of Maryland, Baltimore County police have charged a student in the sexual assault of two female students on the evening of Tuesday, Sept. 20. Charles Edward Williams, 21, of the 600-block of Rest Avenue in Catonsville, faces two charges of assault and two charges of sexual assault. If convicted of all the charges, Williams faces 31 years in prison, according to UMBC deputy police chief Paul Dillon. Dillon said that shortly after 7 p.m. on Tuesday, a 21-year-old female student who lives off-campus was at the Flat Tuesdays lounge at the University Commons building when she met Williams, and the two engaged in conversation.
