Historic Planner Speaking at RIA Meeting
Special election to confirm interim president and vice-president also held at May 14 meeting.
Teri Rising will be the featured speaker at the May 14 meeting of the Relay Improvement Association, which begins at 7:30 p.m. at Relay Town Hall. Rising is a historic planner for the Baltimore County Department of Planning and staff to the Landmarks Preservation Commission. She will share a presentation on the history of Relay. RIA members will also vote to confirm Theda Mayer as our the interim president and Barbara Reeves as vice-presidency. Both will serve one-year terms until the next general election of the RIA in 2013.
