Arbutus Crime: Gasoline, Gas Cans, Car Batteries Stolen

Arbutus Carroll Place, 5000 block. Between 10 a.m. Oct. 28 and 2:30 p.m., Nov 14. A burglar stole full gasoline cans from inside a shed. Hammonds Ferry Road, 3200 block. Between 2 p.m. Nov. 9 and 10 a.m., Nov. 11. A burglar cut the fence to Penske Truck Rental and took 63 car batteries from the back of a truck. 3rd Avenue, 200 block. At 11:42 p.m., Nov. 13. A burglar tried to break into the home through a side window, but the resident was able to scare the suspect away. Halethorpe Bero Road, 3000 block. 11 p.m., Nov. 15. The ex-boyfriend of a resident came into his ex-girlfriend's house by using a key. He allegedly "made several threats and left when he realized that she had texted her mother to call the police.
