A 12-inch main broke on Frederick Road.
A water main break on Frederick Road that took place on Tuesday was repaired again by early Wednesday morning, according to the City's Department of Public Works. There was a 12-inch water main break in the 5400 block of Frederick Road on Tuesday afternoon, and that affected 12 services, according to Kurt Kocher, department spokesman. Kocher said Wednesday that everything was fixed by 8 a.m. Wednesday. No major facilities were affected by the break.

The body of Janell Earlita Balogun was found on Sunday along Frederick Road in Oella.
The teenage son of Janell Earlita Balogun, whose body was found on the side of Frederick Road in Oella Sunday and whose death was ruled a homicide, says his family has banded together in mourning. Balogun, 33, had an address of the 2700 block of Rittenhouse Avenue in Baltimore at the time of her death, according to Baltimore County police. A bicyclist saw the body on Sunday morning in a wooded area near Frederick Road and River Road. Police spokesperson Elise Armacost said that Balogun's body was found without an ID and was identified by fingerprints. An autopsy performed Monday determined that the manner of death was homicide. Baltimore County Police have identified the body of a woman who was found in the woods Sunday.
Baltimore County police have ruled that the death of a woman whose body was found near Frederick Road in the woods of Oella is a homicide. According to police, a bicyclist saw the body on Sunday and called 911. When detectives arrived at the scene, they found no signs of trauma and no identification. The victim was taken to the Medical Examiner's Office and an autopsy was performed Monday. Police identified the woman as Janell Earlita Balogun, 33, of the 2700 block of Rittenhouse Avenue in Baltimore. Police are asking that anyone who may have seen or heard anything suspicious in Oella around Frederick Road late on June 9 or early on June 10 contact police. Actually, I live right there and it broke at 2am on Tuesday. We were woken up by utility repair men who came into our house to check our basement for a possible gas leak, as the rupture was pressing on the gas line.
