The driver of this company's motor coach #346 forced my car into the oncoming traffic lane on MD Route 404 on April 16, 2012. This occurred after both vehicles had completed the left turn from southbound Route 50 onto Route 404 and were going straight. There are two left turn lanes at this intersection and a quarter-mile-long section where the vehicle on the right can accelerate and find an opportunity to merge into the left lane. The motor coach was still at least an eighth of a mile away from the end of the right lane when it began to move into the middle easbound lane. My car was beside the coach with the front of my car about even with the front wheels of the coach. Luckily there was no oncoming traffic and I was able to swerve to the left; otherwise I would have had no choice but to continue in my lane and allow the coach to collide with the right side of my car. I contacted the company about this incident and they have my phone number but I have received no follow up information. I also reported this incident to the MD State Police.
