Lansdowne High School Accepting Preschool Program Applications

Program gives child care experience to students in child development courses.

Parents are invited to register their 2- to 4-year-old children for a preschool program at Lansdowne High School, located at 3800 Hollins Ferry Road.

The program allows LHS High School students in child development courses to gain experience in child care and early childhood education services.

The preschool program is offered in two sessions. The fall session runs from Oct. 29 through Dec. 20. The spring session begins in mid-February and ends during the first week in May.

The preschool program operates from 8:40 a.m. to 12 noon and is closed whenever Baltimore County Public Schools are closed.

The cost to participate is $25 per session. Parents must provide transportation for their preschoolers, and the children must be potty-trained.

For more information or to register children, please contact Wendy Happel at Lansdowne High School at whappel@bcps.org.
