Potomac Avenue Closed
MARC Halethorpe Station construction disrupts key neighborhood connecting route.
Due to construction work at the MARC Halethorpe Station, Potomac Avenue will be closed between Winans and Linden from Tuesday, Jan. 31 until Friday Feb. 3, and again from Monday, Feb 6 until Friday the 10th, according to the office of councilman Tom Quirk.
