Woman Attacked Near Halethorpe Bus Stop

Woman knocked unconscious, robbed in Dec. 21 incident.

An Arbutus woman was attacked after leaving a Washington Boulevard bus stop on Dec. 21, police said.

According to police, at around 5:30 p.m., a 26-year-old woman got off the #77 bus near the Royal Farms store on the 4300 block of Washington Boulevard in Halethorpe.

She walked down Washington Boulevard to Fairview Avenue, where a suspect grabbed her and pulled her between two houses. The suspect told the victim that he had a knife and he punched her in the head, knocking her unconscious.

When the vicim regained consciousness, she was partially unclothed, according to police. She also found that her purse was missing, along with her wallet, money and cell phone.

The suspect was described as a black male, about 6'2" and 210 pounds with a muscular build, wearing a white or cream-colored baseball hat and a black or brown leather jacket, and blue jeans.
