Three Charged in Halethorpe Burglary

Area men caught with snips inside fenced area of trucking company on 4700 block of Washington Blvd.

Three men were arrested and charged with burglary after being caught within the fenced property of a Halethorpe trucking equipment company on June 27, according to police.

At around 7:40 p.m., the men allegedly gained entry beneath the locked fence of the William N. Mason property on the 4700 block of Washington Blvd., police said.

The men were observed and arrested by police, according to officials. When the suspects were arrested, at least one of the suspects was carrying a pair of metal snips, police said.

Police arrested Mark Anthony Compton, 22, of the 4600 block of Linden Avenue in Halethorpe; Larry Allen Wyatt, 21, of the 1100 block of Gloria Avenue in Arbutus, and Michael Dylan Fitzpatrick, 23, of the 3200 block of Bryant Avenue in Lansdowne.

All three were charged with fourth-degree burglary.
