Police Seek Credit Card Theft Suspect

are asking for the public’s help identifying the man responsible for using credit cards stolen from a vehicle in Relay on Jan. 9

According to police, a woman in the unit-block of Le Grand Court called 911 to report that someone had entered her 2011 Chevy Tahoe overnight. The victim left her door unlocked, and an unknown suspect ransacked the interior and stole credit cards from a brown wallet, police said.

Police determined that one of the stolen credit cards was used at three separate gas stations on the same day it was reported stolen. A man used the card at the Gulf Fuel Station in the 500 block of Frederick Road in Catonsville, and Royal Farm stores in the 1800 block of Washington Avenue and the 1500 block of Russell Street in Baltimore city, according to police.

The suspect is described as a white male, with a bald head, and medium build driving a light blue minivan, possibly a Nissan Quest. Surveillance video was recovered from the Royal Farm store on Russell Street, according to police.
