Police Blotter: Burglaries in the Area

The following is based on information provided by Baltimore County Police Department.

Oct. 5: Between 11 a.m. and 8:45 p.m., an unknown suspect entered a residence on the unit block of Bluejay Ct. in Baltimore Highlands and took two television sets.

Oct. 5: At 1:58 a.m., an unknown person broke a front window of Lansdowne Elementary School. Once inside the school, the suspect took a laptop computer from a classroom that was recovered and returned to the school principal.

Oct. 6: Between midnight and 12:30 p.m., a suspect entered the fenced-in parking lot of a shipping company on the 5100 block of Washington Blvd. in Halethorpe and broke into several shipping containers. Several boxes of merchandise were found outside the fence, including ten Dewalt drills and eight iHome units. The suspect returned to the location to retrieve the merchandise, but fled when seen by a witness.

Oct. 7: At some time since 3 p.m. the previous day, an unknown suspect entered an unlocked shed on the 5600 block of Oregon Ave. in Arbutus and took a table saw and power drill. The items were left in the alley behind the residence and recovered.
