Police Blotter: Burglaries in the Area

The following is based on information provided by Baltimore County Police Department.

Oct. 15: At some time since 1 p.m. on Oct. 13, an unknown person entered a residence on the 600 block of Washington Ave. in Baltimore Highlands by breaking the glass to the front door and took copper piping and electrical wiring.

Oct. 15: At some time since 6 p.m. of the previous day, an unknown person cut off catalytic converters from four vehicles at Vehicles for Change at 4111 Washington Blvd. in Halethorpe.

Oct. 15: Between 7:30 a.m. and 12:30 p.m., the ex-husband of a resident on the 1500 block of Lister Rd. in Arbutus entered her home and took a modem and cable box. Charges have not yet been filed on the suspect.

Oct. 15: At some time since 9 p.m. of the previous day, an unknown person broke into a residence on the unit block of Third Ave. in Lansdowne and took a television, cash, a wallet and the keys to a vehicle.

Oct. 15: Betwen 8 a.m. and 7:35 p.m., an unknown person enteres a residence on the 3100 block of Aspen Ct. in Riverview and took a camera, table saw, video game system and a high school ring.

Oct. 16: Between 10 a.m. and 5 p.m., an unknown person entered a fenced yard on the 3000 block of Michigan Ave. in Baltimore Highlands, cut the lock from a shed, and took a gas generator and gas cans.

Oct. 17: At 3:38 a.m., a resident on the 5200 block of Benson Ave. in Arbutus saw his property taken from his shed sitting in his driveway and a suspect running away. The resident recovered an air compressor, two chain saws and a lawn mower.

Oct. 17: At some time since noon on Oct. 14, an unknown person cut the lock of a shed at a residence on the 1700 block of Wilson Ave. in Arbutus, but nothing was stolen.

Oct. 18: At some time since 7 p.m. on Oct. 14, an unknown suspect broke the lock off a shed at a residence on the 5200 block of Arbutus Ave. in Halethorpe and took a lawnmower, power washer and miter saw.
