Police Blotter: Batteries, Beer, Lizards and Star Wars Cooler Stolen

The following is based on information from Baltimore County Police Department.

June 14: At some time since 6 p.m. the previous evening, an unknown person took a plastic R2D2 Star Wars cooler from the back yard of a resident on the 5000 block of Highridge St. in Arbutus.

June 14: At some time since 10 p.m. the previous evening, an unknown person entered the fenced property of a business on the 3000 block of Hamonds Ferry Road in Lansdowne and took eight batteries from vehicles. All of the batteries were found outside of the fence by the business owner.

June 14: At some time since 9:30 the previous day, an unknown person kicked in a door to a storage area at Riverview Elementary School, on the 3200 block of Kessler in Riverview, and took a sprayer. The sprayer was found outside in a wheelbarrow. Nothing was stolen.

June 14: At around 10:27 a.m., two unknown male suspects entered the fenced property of a business on the 3500 block of Washington Blvd. and took a set of headphones. When approached by an employee of the business, the men fled and left the headphones behind.

June 14: At some time between midnight and 6:30 a.m., an unknown person entered the fenced property of a business on the 2900 block of Hammonds Ferry Road in Lansdowne and removed three batteries from a truck. The batteries were later found by the fence at the rear of the property and returned to the business.

June 15: At some time since 10:30 the previous evening, an unknown person broke through the rear door of a business on the 4500 block of Annapolis Road in Baltimore Highlands and took money from the cash register. The suspect also searched through an office and smashed a hole in the wall.

June 16: Between 2:30-4 a.m., an unknown person cut the chain securing a motor scooter in the yard of a residence on the 2500 block of Gehb Ave. in Lansdowne and took it.

June 17: At some time since June 11, an unknown person entered a fenced yard of a residence on the 2900 block of Ohio Ave. in Baltimore Highlands and stole an undisclosed amount of beer.

June 18: At some time since 9 p.m. the previous evening, an unknown person attempted to pry open the front foor of a residence on the 4100 block of McDowell Lane in Baltimore Highlands, but entry was not gained.

June 18: At some time since 7:30 p.m. the previous evening, an unknown person broke into a shed behind a residence on the 2900 block of Pennsylvania Ave. in Baltimore Highlands and took a dirt bike.

June 18: At some time since 1 p.m. on June 16, an unknown person broke into an office trailer at a business on the 2900 block of Hammonds Ferry Rd, in Lansdowne and took a refrigerator and printer.

June 19: At some time since 5 p.m. the previous evening, an unknown person broke into a business on the 2900 block of Hammonds Ferry Rd. in Lansdowne and took a power washer

June 20: Between 6-10 p.m., an unknown person climed the fence to enter the property of a business on the 3300 block of Transway Rd. in Halethorpe, pried open a shed and took hand warmers and a machine with hoses that were found by the fence at the rear of the property and recovered.

June 21: Between 9-9:30 p.m., an unknown person used a brick to break a window of a residence on the 600 block of Fifth Ave. in Riverview and removed two lizards from tanks next to the window.

June 22: Between 12:30-9:30 p.m., an unknown person entered a yard on the unit block of Fifth Ave. in Lansdowne and took power tools, a generator, two air compressers, a circular saw and a mitre saw.

June 23: At around 4:06 a.m., an unknown suspect pried a hole in the rear wall of a business on the 4300 block of Hollins Ferry Rd. in Riverview and took money and five cartons of cigarettes.
