Police Blotter: Assaults in English Consul and Riverview

Major incidents reported by Precinct 1 of Baltimore County Police

Feb. 23: At about 8:15 a.m., police received a report of a fight between Jerry Leroy Haslacker, 26, of the 4100-block of Twin Circle Way in Riverview, and his girlfriend. Haslacker allegedly began punching the walls and kicked the front door, which broke the frame. When the girlfriend tried to leave, Haslacker allegedly chased her down the street with a rifle. The rifle was located under a vehicle a few houses away. Police found Haslacker, arrested him and charged him with first-degree assault.

Feb. 28: At around 3:37 a.m., a man was driving on the 2700-block of Yarnall Road in English Consul when he found the road blocked by a parked vehicle driven by Seth Matthew Stull, 21, of the 2800-block of Pennsylvania Avenue. When the man asked Stull to move his car so he could get by, Stull allegedly went into his car and pulled out a shotgun and pointed it in the direction of the victim, who fled the area. Police responsed to the scene, located Stull and his vehicle. The shotgun was in plain view inside Stull's vehicle. He was arrested and charged with first-degree assault.
