Men Robbed at Gunpoint in Lansdowne

Cell phone and money taken by armed group on Oct. 4.

Two men were robbed at gunpoint in Lansdowne on Oct. 4, according to a police report.

At around 11:40 p.m., two men were in on the 2300 block of Gable Ave. when they were approached by a group of five men, one of whom displayed a semi-automatic handgun, the report said.

The gunman told the victims to surrender their property, and took a cell phone, a wallet and $30 in cash, then fled from the scene on foot, according to the report.
