Man Charged in Baltimore Highlands Burglaries

Savion Devonte Moore, 19, linked to Twin Circle Way break-ins.

Police arrested a 19-year-old man on Jan. 11 and charged him with two burglaries in the Twin Circle Way area of Baltimore Highlands.

Savion Devonte Moore, of no fixed address, was observed behind a residence on the unit block of Twin Circle Way near the open door to a vacant residence. According to police, Moore had been staying at the vacant residence for the past two days.

At around 10 a.m., a woman discovered that somebody had entered the rear of her home through an unlocked window and took a video game system, several video games and two bags.

The property was located at the vacant address, and Moore was taken into custody and charged with first-degree burglary and fourth-degree burglary.
