Irvington Woman Faces Charges after Domestic Dispute

Tiffany Justine Gordon, 30, was charged with burglary and destruction of property after a Sept. 7 incident at her brother's girlfriend's residence in Arbutus.

A 30-year-old Irvington woman faces charges after a Sept. 7 incident at the residence of her brother's girlfriend in Arbutus, police said.

That morning, police responded to a residence on the 4800 block of Fernley Square for a complaint of destruction of property, according to police.

Tiffany Justine Gordon, of the 300 block of S. Collins Ave. in Irvington, was told not to return to the Fernley Square address or she would be trespassing, police said.

At around 10 a.m., police were called back to Fernley Square for another destruction of property complaint, according to police.

When the officer returned to the residence, Gordon was in the fenced back yard, police said. Two front window screens and a front door screen had been cut, and a basement door window had been shattered, according to police.

Gordon was arrested and charged with trespassing, malicious destruction of property, and fourth-degree burglary, police said.

According to court records, Gordon was held at Baltimore County Detention Center and released on Sept. 8 on $3,500 bail.
