A burglar broke into Ice Cream Cottage and its safe and stole cash.
Between 12:39 a.m. and 12:50 a.m. Aug. 1, a white man described as tall and thin and wearing a dark, long-sleeve shirt, and pants, got in through a basement window, according to a report by the Baltimore County Police Department's Wilkens precinct.
He forced open the safe, stole cash, and left through the basement door of the store, 1348 Stevens Ave., Halethorpe, it states.
