English Consul Man Faces Drug Charges

Anne Arundel police charge Tracy Robert Young III, 42, with intent to distribute marijuana and cocaine.

Anne Arundel County police arrested an English Consul man and a Glen Burnie on Feb. 18 after discovering substances suspected of being cocaine and marijuana during a traffic stop in Pumphrey, police said.

Tracy Robert Young III, 42, of the 3800 block of Annapolis Road in English Consul, and Paul Douglas St. John, 24, of the 1100 block of Nottingham Drive in Glen Burnie, were both charged with possession of cocaine and marijuana with intent to distribute.

According to police, an officer pulled over a 1996 Acura near the intersection of Belle Grove Road and Baltimore Annapolis Boulevard in Pumphrey for a registration violation.

The officer reported that he observed what appeared to be drugs and arrested St. John and Young, police said. Police found more than 196 grams of suspected marijuana and 54 grams of suspected cocaine after searching the car. The drugs and the car were seized.
