Sorrow, determination, bewilderment. Myriad emotions continue to grip area residents in the aftermath of Saturday's shooting deaths at The Mall in Columbia.

Skateboard enthusiast Darion Marcus Aguilar, 19, brought a .12-gauge shotgun to the mall, went to the Zumiez store and fatally shot Brianna Benlolo, 21, the store's assistant manager, and Tyler Johnson, 25, a store employee, according to police.

Police said Aguilar turned his shotgun on himself after killing Benlolo, of College Park, and Johnson, of Mount Airy. Police have not determined a motive in the shooting.
