Scholarships Available from Arbutus Business & Professional Association

Sharpen your pencils! 

The Arbutus Business & Professional Association is pleased to announce that scholarships are again offered to graduating high school seniors. The scholarships will be awarded on the basis of Arbutus community volunteer involvement, and GPA. The one-time scholarships will be awarded to students who will attend a two or four year college on a full time basis. The number and amount of the scholarships will be determined each year by the Scholarship Committee. 

If you are still in high school and looking for some community service, the Arbutus Arts Festival is coming soon. Many opportunities are available there and elsewhere in Arbutus. Contact Terry Nolan at 410-242-9177 or tnolanlaw@gmail.com for ideas.

Scholarship criteria and applications are available in the guidance offices of the high schools, and on are also available online at: www.arbutus.org, under the "Community" tab. Review the criteria carefully to determine your eligibility. The deadline for submitting applications to the Arbutus Business & Professional Association is March 31, 2012. Questions?
