After a summer hiatus beginning in June, The Wilkens Police and Community Relations Organization (WPCRO) will begin monthly meetings again on September 11, 2012. This is our annual Welcome Back meeting and this year will take the opportunity to give special acknowledgement to the men and women of the Wilkens Police and of the Fire Departments who devote their careers as first responders keeping our communities and families safe from harm. They are our heroes and we are blessed to have them in our lives. All are welcome to join us in saluting these heroic members of our communities at large.
The meeting will be held at the Maiden Choice Center, 4109 Shelbourne Road, Arbutus, MD 21227 beginning at 7 p.m. We are very pleased to welcome Senator Ed Kasemeyer, Delegate James Malone, Delegate Steve DeBoy and Councilman Tom Quirk as our guest speakers.
