  As a rule you only have one opportunity to make a

great first impression.

          The same is true about your home.

  Some prospective buyers won’t even get out of the

car. Some will walk in the door and not be able to get

past the blue and green wallpaper in the foyer. Most

will have visited many houses for sale that day. Here

are a few more tips on how to make your home stand

out  and get it sold!

16. Remove old unused vehicles

17. NO animal excrement

18. Paint chipped and peeling paint

19. Replace or paint rusted or broken light fixtures

20. Repair fences, replace missing pickets, paint if  needed, replace broken latches or hinges

21. Prune hanging tree limbs

22. Clean out gutters and downspouts

23. Replace torn screens

24. Wash the windows

25.  Repair or replace door handle and lock if needed

26.  Replace /repair door bell if needed

27.  Remove old basketball hoops

28.  Fill in dog ”holes”

29.  Clean out garage
