Wilkens Police & Community Relations Org. (WPCRO)

the Wilkens Police and Community Relations Organization, Inc. (WPCRO) is a designated 501C3 organization  with a membership composed of concerned and interested citizens, business representatives and organizations within the Wilkens Precinct geographic area and working to reach the following goals:

 

1.       To help make all geographic areas of Baltimore County that fall within the Wilkens Precinct  a better place to live through mutual understanding of police problems and citizen problems, the role of law enforcement agencies, and  Baltimore County Wilkens Precinct I responsibility for law enforcement.

2.       To promote, through involvement of the Wilkens Precinct Community, parents, leaders, clergy, business people, police officers, social workers, educators and others, a consciousness of the need for mutual cooperation and understanding in the improvement of, and respect for, the maintenance of law and order.

3.       To provide an open forum for which citizens can bring attention to neighborhood concerns and the opportunity to address these issues with appropriate police and community cooperation.
