Are SUV's driving around hitting pedestrians or was there an actual driver who might have been responsible?

Walt do you find that funny? I don't this young lady happens to be the child of 2 friends , and a personal friend of my daughter. A young life was taken, I don't see where a joke is the right thing to say. Maybe a little compassion and a prayer for the family, or just say nothing at all.
