Joseph Nechvatal is an artist who coined the word "viractual" to describe the interface between the biuological and the virtual. Nechvatal creates computer- and robot-assisted art, and more recently used software viruses to create art. from 4:30-6 p.m. Free and open to the public.

Yvette Lambert from Lighthouse Youth and Family Services in Catonsville at Lansdowne High School library, 6-8 p.m.

Drunken Trivia will be played at 9 p.m. No cover charge.

Howell Baum, Professor, School of Architecture, Planning & Preservation at  University of Maryland College Park and author of Brown in Baltimore, will discuss as part of UMBC's free Social Sciences Forum series. His talk, followed by a question and answer period, will be held in the Albin O. Kuhn Library and Gallery, 4-5 p.m. Free and open to the public.
