Hundreds of children of all ages flocked to Hillcrest Park in Lansdowne for the Southwest Leadership Team's annual Community Fair.

Faces were painted, and elongated balloons twisted into animal shapes. First District Councilman Tom Quirk and Del. James Malone were on hand to raffle off a number of mountain bikes to lucky kids. Several smaller bikes for younger children, barbecue grills and other prizes were raffled as well.
