Wilkens Police and Community Relations Organization is holding its Wild, Wild West Country Western Dance on Saturday, Oct. 6 from 8 p.m. until midnight at the Dewey Lowman American Legion Post 109 at 1610 Old Sulphur Spring Rd. in Arbutus. Ticket donation is $20, and a table of 8 is $150. Beer, soda and chips/pretzels will be provided. Special attractions include the UMBC Dance Team and the Fever Retrievers. Art and Cake Bakery is celebrating its 1st Anniversary at its 1407 Sulphur Spring Road location with a special event on Saturday, Oct. 6, from 10 a.m. until 4 p.m.

The Third Annual Reuse and Recycle Sale, a 35-family community yard sale to benefit the Spring Grove Community Garden, will be held at the Rice Auditorium of Spring Grove Hospital Center (corner of Asylum Lane and Elm Street) on Saturday, Oct. 6 from 8 a.m. until 1 p.m. A huge variety of household items will be available, plus a bake sale and plant sale.

Dogs Finding Dogs is introducing the latest member of its team—a retired four-year-old racehorse named Rusty—at the Baltimore Human Society's DogFest in Reisterstown. Meet Rusty at 10 a.m. on Saturday, Oct. 6.

Our Savior Lutheran Church, at 141 Laverne Ave. in Lansdowne, is holding its annual flea market on Saturday, Oct. 6 from 8 a.m. until 2 p.m.

St. Charles of Brazil and Our Saviour Lutheran Church are conducting a Blessing of the Pets service at Our Savior, 141 Laverne Ave, on Saturday, Oct. 6 at 3 p.m. The church will have a special service of blessing on the feast of St Francis of Assisi and a special gift for pets to take home.
