More Showers, Thunderstorms Possible in Arbutus Thursday Night

A flash flood watch is still in effect, and there could be some showers and thunderstorms before 11 p.m., according to the National Weather Service. Some could be severe.

More showers and thunderstorms could make their way into Arbutus Thursday night.

As of 2 p.m., the National Weather Service still has a severe thunderstorm watch in effect until 7 p.m., and a flash flood watch in effect until 8 p.m.,

There's a 60 percent chance—a slight chance—of thunderstorms and showers through midnight, according to the forecast for Arbutus.

The high Thursday is expected to be near 86 degrees, with a low of about 58 degrees, according to the forecast.

It will be partly sunny on Friday, with some showers possible before 9 a.m., it states. The high is expected to be about 77 degrees, with a low of about 60 degrees.

Expect a sunny Saturday, with a high of about 81 degrees, and a low of 62 degrees.
