MARC Managers Meet with Commuters
Halethorpe Station improvements among topics of discussion at meet-and-greet.
The Maryland Transit Administration held a "Meet the MARC Management" day on Oct. 4 at the Halethorpe Station.
Representatives from MARC, Amtrak and CSX were on hand to speak with commuters and respons to questions and concerns about the commuter train.
About 1300-1400 commuters ride the MARC train from the Halethorpe Station every day.

According to John Hovatter, director of MARC train/commuter bus services, a parking garage will be built at the Halethorpe Station in the next 5-10 years.
