Patapsco watershed-Herberts Run follow-up Pictures

Destruction of Patapsco Watershed behind the complex, has been going on for years, Neighbors next to the complex Maintain there property.  But are tired of cleaning this area, Grass in the field destroyed with nothing to hold the dirt in place during a heavy rain. I hope someone will take action we have tried for years.
