Patapsco watershed-Herberts Run

 Herberts run travels through Elm Ridge Ave Alley 20 feet from the "Private alley" into the middle of the field. It a treasure to keep our watershed clean and undisturbed and healthy. The underground stream opens up behind the fifth house up from Leeds Ave and intersects with leed ave Stream.  But the tenets of Alan dr seem not to care as much as management. The always had issues with health issues of urinating defecating, trash, and empty liquor litter the habitat, where over the years foxes, woodchucks, squirrels and opossums lived in harmony. I hope the management will conduct themselves in an orderly manner. The land behind the houses belong to the owners that we call home. the destruction of this habitat that human waste trash.etc... I hope they will monitor and correct this destructive activities as they started with this posting. Posting pictures of watershed damage and Rat issues with trash causes will follow later.
