Arbutus Improvement Association Meeting Invite/Agenda

Arbutus Community Meeting on Sunday June 24th. voluntary group who seek to preserve the strengths of our neighborhood.

Dear Arbutus Neighbors & Friends:

The purpose of this letter is to invite you to attend the Arbutus Improvement Association Meeting on Sunday June 24, 2012 at Leon’s Restaurant / Downstairs Banquet Room at 7:00pm.  

After you sign in remember to pick up a red door prize ticket for the free door prize giveaways!  Light Refreshments will also be served!!!

Join us to hear whats going on in our Arbutus Community as well as some of the adjacent communities, learn about other Community Resource Programs, and be apart of the decision making for upcoming events and be a voice with in the community.  

The Arbutus Improvement Association is a voluntary group who seek to preserve the strengths of our neighborhood, build a sense of community, and address any problems or issues that may arise.  Everyone is welcome and encouraged to participate.
