New Moms' Support Group hosted by Informed Birth Choices

**Special Guest Speaker: Dr. Erika Hempey**
Join chiropractor Dr. Erika Hempey at New Moms Group on Tuesday, February 18. She will discuss neck and low-back pain and will be on-hand to answer all your pregnancy and pediatric chiropractic questions. Each Tuesday morning we meet to discuss the ups and downs of parenting. Our support group focuses on moms and babies (0-6 months). Each week we check in to answer questions, share suggestions, and find answers to a variety of topics. Light breakfast snacks, coffee and tea are provided. Just grab the baby and the diaper bag and head over.
