Baltimore County, MD Residents with Lost, Missing or Stolen Pets!!

Things have gotten WORSE at OUR Baltimore County Animal Control and Shelter
located at 13800 Manor Rd in Baldwin, MD. Yes, IT IS OUR SHELTER because it is
tax payer funded! This animal control, animal shelter and their employees have
critical information you NEED and REFUSE to make it public! BCAC & staff do not
take pics of all incoming animals and NO LONGER ALLOW volunteers to take pics of
ANY ANIMAL. Without volunteer photographs we have NO WAY of letting the public
know what animals are being HELD and HIDDEN by the dictatorial employees working
in the shelter WE fund. Any pics must now be taken by a county employee. The
shelter mgmt. will decide which few animals are photographed and the very few
that make it onto the county’s website. These innocent, homeless animals wait
for many days and up to a week or MORE to see the vet! By that time, many
animals have been KILLED by shelter employees or contracted illness from the
germ infested shelter
environment. During this time, YOU are looking for a lost pet, YOU are
expending a great deal of time, energy and money while under a huge amount of
stress! YOUR beloved pet may be lingering in that unsanitary facility, scared,
injured, alone and sick. THEY can’t call out for YOU and rely on other humans to
let YOU know where THEY are!! Without the volunteers taking and sharing
photographs, MORE animals will DIE! BCAS has built a WALL OF DIRTY SECRETS
around the shelter to prevent any information about the shelter animals held
there being shared with the PUBLIC WHO FUNDS THE SHELTER AND THEIR SALARIES!
Your beloved pet may BE KILLED without ever being photographed ESPECIALLY if it
is too scared, old or sick and deemed NOT suitable for adoption. You may never
have closure. IS THIS WHAT YOU WANT? IF IT ISN’T, TELL DR. BRANCH, KEVIN KAMENETZ AND BCAS TO
TEAR DOWN THE WALL OF SECRETS AND LET VOLUNTEERS PHOTOGRAPH PETS!!
