 \nThe sport of Olympic fencing is a great way to exercise but not know t
 hat you are exercising. We teach everyone from age 8-80\, males and fema
 les.\nYou don't need to be a great athlete\, we can teach you the skills
 . It is a great activity for families to do together. Do you have honor\
 , courage\, determination\, responsibility\, discipline? Then we can tea
 ch you to fence.Beginner classes form monthly on Thursday evenings from 
 6:30-7:30 p.m. We also have family classes 6:15 p.m. to 7:15 p.m. Thursd
 ay and Friday.\nWe teach mid-range\, advanced and competitive classes Tu
 esday\, Wednesday\, Thursday evenings from 7:30-9:30 p.m.\nGirls team is
  held Saturday afternoon from 1-3 p.m.\nBoys team is Saturday morning 10
 :30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. We also have a parent/child special - where the c
 hild learns to fence and the parent gets to use our fitness equipment!Se
