 f residential crime and vandalism by working cooperatively with Baltimor
 e County and improve neighborhood and community relationships. &nbsp\;\n
 Establishing an Improvement Association for Arbutus will help maintain o
 ur areas character\, promote positive change by improving the physical &
 amp\; social conditions of our area. Our mission is to not only maintain
  our areas character but to control crime and other disturbances\, maint
 ain our property values and come together as a whole. We want everyone t
 o feel the comfort of knowing what is happing in our area and feel the s
 ecurity of knowing you can rely on others in our community as well as th
 e help of the Association. We can not promote change alone! Being a part
  of the Association will require the willingness to devote time\, talent
 s\, and resources to help make Arbutus a better place to live. The Assoc
 iation depends upon you its members to make it effective.\n&nbsp\;
