3 Charged in Lansdowne Restaurant Robbery

The three were arrested in the city after the June 11 armed robbery of Wendy's on Washington Boulevard.

Three men were arrested June 11 after allegedly robbing the fast food restaurant on the 3600 block of Washington Blvd., according to police.

Police said that at around 9:40 p.m., three men entered the restaurant armed with a silver revolver. They took an undisclosed amount of cash, then fled eastbound on Washington Boulevard toward the city in a silver Ford Windstar van, according to police.

The vehicle was located and stopped by Baltimore City police after a brief pursuit, according to officials.

Charged with armed robbery were Hatratico Guzzara Smith, 37, of the 2900 block of Manhattan Ave. in Baltimore; Rico Lamont Bias, 34, of the 4200 block of Seidel Ave. in Baltimore; and Moncell Franklin Lee, 19, of the 3600 block of Reisterstown Road in Baltimore.
