Riverview Man Charged in Burglary
Luis Lavarredo, 35, of the 800 block of Rambo Ct.., charged after entering a house on the 700 block of Fifth Ave.
A Riverview man was caught after entering a home on the 700 block of Fifth Ave. and has been charged with fourth-degree burglary, according to a police report.
Luis Lavarreda, 35, of the 800 block of Rambo Ct., entered a residence at around 10:10 p.m. on Sept. 30 through an unlocked front door and was confronted by the homeowner, according to the report.
The 41-year-old homeowner detained Lavarreda and called 911. Lavarreda was taken into custody without incident, the report said.
A booking photo of Lavarreda is not available, according to police spokeswoman Cpl. Cathleen Batton.

of course not every one with a spanish last name is here iilegally. biut he wa apprehended in a crime ( allgedly or suspected) that's prbabale cause to check him out just like they would any one else.hey I was checked out when I was just sitting in my van playing the guitar and they searched for weapons and then turned me loose,,,,,,,,,,,,, so you see its normal procedure
