Patch's policy is to describe suspects when there is sufficient detail to assist in their identification and arrest. A generic description, such as a white or black male in their 20s, is not useful for an arrest, and so is omitted from stories.

And that is why if you live near or in the Baltimore Highlands... you definitely move away as quickly as possible or walk with your dog at all times when walking about there. People are not nice and last when I lived around there there had been shootings a galore there almost everyday! That and you should check out www.familywatchdog.us it will want to make you want to move quicker, especially if you have children!
