Horton Returns to Maryland To Face Charges in Jackson Slaying

Larry Horton faces a first-degree murder charge in death of Ryan Jackson.

Larry Eugene Horton, 37, who was arrested in Alabama Oct. 19 and charged with first-degree murder in , waived extradition and was returned to Maryland late Nov. 3, according to Baltimore County police.

Horton is being held without bail at the Baltimore County Detention Center in Towson.

According to police, Jackson was killed by a hachet on Oct. 12 in Horton's home on the 700 block of Rambo Court in Riverview.

Horton's wife, Angelena, remains in Alabama and will return to Maryland at a later date. She was arrested in a probation violation, according to police. She is not charged in connection with the Jackson killing, police said.
