Some time between 12:01 and 3:38 a.m. Nov. 10, a female and a male engaged in intercourse, according to an incident summary from the Wilkens precinct. "The victim told the suspect she did not want to, but the suspect continued," it states. The report does not list the age of the victim. The suspect is 20-years-old and resides in that block, it states. No arrest has been made, and the investigation continues, according to the Nov. 12 report.
