Baltimore Man Charged in Burglary

A city man faces charges after breaking into his ex-girlfriend's residence in Riverview on Aug. 28, according to police.
At around 9 a.m., Troy Michael Goodie, 30, of the 900 block of Augusta Ave. in Irvington, went looking for his ex-girlfriend at her residence on the 500 block of Carlsbad Ct., police said.
After discovering ex-girlfriend not at home, Goodie reportedly entered her residence and commenced to destroy her dresser and bedroom walls, according to police.
Goodie left the residence, then returned and entered by a back window, and began throwing his ex-girlfriend's clothes out the window, police said.
According to police, Goodie observed his ex-girlfriend on the corner down the street and began to chase her until officers arrived on the scene and arrested him.
Goodie has been charged with third-degree burglary.
