Arbutus Crime: Gasoline, Gas Cans, Car Batteries Stolen

Arbutus
Carroll Place, 5000 block. Between 10 a.m. Oct. 28 and 2:30 p.m., Nov 14. A burglar stole full gasoline cans from inside a shed.
Hammonds Ferry Road, 3200 block. Between 2 p.m. Nov. 9 and 10 a.m., Nov. 11. A burglar cut the fence to Penske Truck Rental and took 63 car batteries from the back of a truck.
3rd Avenue, 200 block. At 11:42 p.m., Nov. 13. A burglar tried to break into the home through a side window, but the resident was able to scare the suspect away.
Halethorpe
Bero Road, 3000 block. 11 p.m., Nov. 15. The ex-boyfriend of a resident came into his ex-girlfriend's house by using a key. He allegedly "made several threats and left when he realized that she had texted her mother to call the police. He has been told not to enter the home in the past," an incident summary states. He is the father of her child, it states. No arrest was made.
Century Avenue, 3500 block. Between 8:15 and 10:45 p.m., Nov. 14. A suspect cut the fense at Overhead Doors of Baltimore and stole 100 feet of wire and five 50-foot extension cords.
Monumental Ave, 2200 block. Between 4 p.m. Nov. 13 and 1 p.m., Nov. 14. A burglar removed a cable across the driveway at David Green's Trucking and stole four gasoline tanks and a camera.
Washington Boulevard, 4700 block. Between 7 and 11 p.m., Nov. 13. A burglar came into a home through the front door and stole Craftsman tools, jackets and cash.

I miss Bruce Goldfarb already. These crime reports were obviously generically reported using Google maps rather than relying on any personal familiarity with the area. Bero Rd. and Century Ave. are not in the Halethorpe neighborhood and Hammonds Ferry Rd and 3rd Ave. are not in the Arbutus neighborhood. I hope Patch finds a steady editor for the Arbutus Patch.
