Free at Arbutus United Methodist Church, 1201 Maple Ave (corner Shelbourne Rd). Parking in back off of Shelbourne Rd.
Training is on an individual basis. Sessions are for 1 to 1 ½ hours between 9:30 a.m. and 2:30 p.m. Monday through Friday. Each person has one session each week.
